If you need support, feel down or stuck, have difficulties coping with your life issues, relationship related or otherwise, if you feel lost or just in need of someone who could help out, maybe a meeting with a professional psychotherapist is something you might consider.

I speak fluent English, so you’ll be able to communicate freely what needs to be expressed. I work within process oriented, cognitive and mindfulness models. In addition to what is called „talking therapy”, I also consider physical symptoms and dreams. I am convinced that life is full of significant information, often disguised as trouble, unpleasant events, difficulties or illness. The key to fuller living is to trace this information, reveal it and try to understand it. Then, usually, the trouble go away.
